Codices are interesting missions in Throne and Liberty that unlock various smaller rewards. These rewards can be new morphing skins or even armour and weapon growthstones. It’s important to complete them whenever possible.
One of the more interesting codex missions is Little Friend in the Sky. This mission will take you across the Nesting Grounds and high into the sky. Let’s break down the quest steps and how you can find your Little Friend in the Sky.

Climb to the top of the observatory and jump onto the Gigantrine when it passes by. Captured by VideoGamer

Little Friend in the Sky codex quest walkthrough
Before you can start the Little Friend in the Sky mission, you first need to complete the Meeting a Friend codex mission in Urstella Fields. Once this is done, travel to the area where the river splits in the Nesting Grounds to the south of the Starlight Observatory Ruins. You’ll find the note resting on the edge of the river. Once you have the note, travel northeast along the river until you find a log fallen over the river. Here, you’ll find Someone’s Diary. Pick this up as well.
With both items in hand, travel north to the Starlight Observatory Ruins in Urstella Fields. Once there, wait for the event that brings Gigantrine to the area. When this event is live, wait for Gigantrine to pass by the observatory. Using your shapeshifting, transform into your gliding form and land on Gigantrine. Walk around until you find a doll named Yeddy.
Once you have found Yeddy, travel to Kastleton on the western side of the map to meet a young NPC named Noan. Once you spawn into the area, go to the Kastleton Inn which is near the Kastleton Waypoint. Go into the inn and head upstairs. On the second floor, enter the second door. This will lead you to Noan. You’ll have a long conversation with him. Afterwards, talk to Yeddy. When the conversation is over, the quest will be complete and you will unlock Yeddy as a summon.
