Nearly every MMO has a guild system that you can use to get special rewards and Throne and Liberty is no different. Through the guild system, you can participate in raids to get weekly rewards and take on guide contracts to earn coins. You can even participate in PvP events to gain glory for your clan.
Guilds are an essential part of the MMO experience that will help your character grow more quickly. Let’s break down everything you need to know about guilds.
How to join or create a guild
The guild system becomes available when you reach level 3. When you reach this level, open the main menu and select the Guild option near the bottom. This will bring up all of the guilds available, how many members each has, and the option to request or join. When you find a guild that you would like to join, select the Request or Join Now button on the right side of the screen.
Those who wish to go the route of creating their own guild can do so by selecting the Create Guild option on the left side of the guild menu. When creating your guild, you’ll choose what you want your banner to look like, the guild’s name, and the message you wish to appear. Creating a guild will cost you 30,000 Sollant so make sure you have plenty to spare before creating one.
Once a guild has been established, increase the level to two and you can create a guild base. Guild bases have various benefits such as health and mana regen, guild merchants, raids, and an arena.
Raids and contracts
One of the best parts of guilds is the ability to complete raids and contracts. These are special pieces of content that get you bonus rewards on a daily and weekly basis. Raids are a weekly activity that your guild can participate in for rewards. These are PvE events that require multiple guild members to coordinate. Raids require your guild to defeat a difficult boss for a reward. Once this is done, you will be teleported back to the guild hall to celebrate your accomplishment.
Contracts, on the other hand, are activities that your guild members can participate in to get Guild Coins. There are three types of contracts: Dynamic Event Contracts, Territory Contracts, and Dungeon Contracts. Each of these is completed under different circumstances and will require you to complete events in the field, slay specific creatures, or complete a specific dungeon.
Guild Rank explained
Guild Rank matters in Throne and Liberty and will give your guild leader benefits if you keep your rank high. One of the major benefits of being ranked higher is that your guild will get priority in PvP events with other guilds. Being ranked higher will also grant your leader special abilities that will help turn the tide of battle during PvP events. This means that you’ll want to try and remain at the top if you can. It’s always important to have a strong build if you are part of a guild.
