  • The best planet to visit first in Star Wars Outlaws is Kijimi
  • Kijimi is home to the Ashiga Clan and an NPC with a powerful Blaster upgrade
  • You can visit the planets in any order without impacting the story

Star Wars Outlaws has you visit a variety of different planets during your playthrough to recruit some new crewmates for the heist of a lifetime. Once you head out from Toshara, you’ve got the choice of three different planets to check out, but which one should you go to first?

We’ve been to all three during our own playthrough, so we can safely say what the best order to visit these planets is and why. So whether it’s Kijimi, Akiva or Tatooine, let’s get into the best planet to go to first in Star Wars Outlaws.

Best planet to visit first in Star Wars Outlaws

When you’re preparing to jump to your first planet you can go to whichever world you wish, but ND-5 will suggest that you head to Kijimi first, and we agree with that. First things first, Kijimi is home to the Ashiga Clan, the fourth and final Syndicate in the game, meaning once you’ve met them, you can gain reputation and contracts with all four factions.

Beyond that, we think it’s worth coming here for Ank, the explosive expert you’re looking to recruit. She can provide an upgrade to your Blaster that lets you deal explosive damage. In addition to being good for taking out multiple enemies at once, it can destroy certain rocks and walls, letting you access areas on Akiva and Tatooine that you otherwise wouldn’t be able to.

Your choice of planet to visit doesn’t affect how the story plays out, and you could visit all three back to back before progressing any further with the main story, so the choice doesn’t really matter. That being said, we think that the most natural path to progress would be Kijimi first, then Akiva, before finishing with Tatooine.
