There are three Biscuit types in Pokémon Sleep; Poke Biscuits, Great Biscuits, and Master Biscuits. Each type of Biscuit gives Friendship Points to whatever Pokémon you feed it to. The better the Biscuit, the more Friendship Points are given.

There are a few ways to get these treats in Pokémon Sleep. First, there is your daily Bonus Biscuit. Each morning, after completing your sleep research session and learning your sleep types, you will get bonus biscuit treats.

Next, you can become a Premium Pass holder. This monthly subscription will increase that daily special treat to a Premium Bonus Biscuit. Of course, this requires you to pay a fee of $10 each month.

Finally, you can purchase Biscuits from the in-game shop. Select the shop button at the bottom of your device’s screen to access the shops. This appears above the Main Menu option.

The general store sells Biscuits for 180 and 600 Diamonds. The regular exchange sells Poke Biscuits and Master Biscuits for 150 and 4,000 Sleep Points. It is better to exchange Sleep Points than to use Diamonds. Those who are Premium Pass members have better Sleep Point exchange rates as well.
