If you want to catch Totodile, you first need to upgrade the Savanna Biome in the Terarium at Blueberry Academy. This is done by contributing 3,000 Blueberry Points (BP) to the Terarium Club by going to the League Club Room computer. Once that is done, you will start finding different starter Pokemon in the biome.

After upgrading the biome, Totodile can be found in the northern part of the area near a large body of water. There is another smaller body of water where this Pokemon can also be found but that is less likely. It took us about 10 minutes of searching to find a Totodile in these areas.

Totodile will be found between levels 50 and 70. The one we caught is level 67. Be sure to bring a Pokemon that knows False Swipe to make catching this Pokemon easier.

To evolve Totodile, you simply need to level it up. Totodile evolves into Croconaw at level 18. After this, Croconaw evolves into Feraligatr at level 30. This Pokemon remains a pure water-type throughout its entire evolution chain.

Totodile and its evolutions are pure water-type Pokemon. As such, it weak to electric and grass-type moves. It is also resistant to water, fire, ice, and steel-type moves.

After Totodile has evolved into Feraligatr, it has the following abilities:

• Torrent – When HP is below 33% its maximum, the power of water-type moves is increased by 50%
• Sheer Force (Hidden Ability) – Moves with a secondary effect are increased in power by 30% but lose their secondary effect
