Nope, Manor Lords is not scheduled for a PS5 release

Manor Lands is fast approaching for those with PCs powerful enough to play it. But, what about console players? The good news is that Xbox fans will be able to get hands on at some point, but for those on PS5 and other consoles, sadly you’re going to miss out. That’s because developer Slavic Magic has not said anything about plans to bring the game to Sony’s console; so if you’re wanting to play Manor Lords you’re going to need to have either an Xbox or PC – at least for now.
Will Manor Lords ever be released on the PS5?
This is up for debate. Publisher Hooded Horse confirmed that Manor Lords will come to Xbox consoles and Xbox Game Pass. While this does mean that Microsoft is working with developer Slavic Magic, it doesn’t look like an exclusivity clause is in place.
In theory, then, Manor Lords could come to the PlayStation 5 at a later date. And considering that the game’s controls will be optimized for the Xbox consoles, making the leap to Sony’s console doesn’t seem impossible. Despite the RTS genre not being particularly great on consoles, plenty of console players have expressed interest in trying out Manor Lords. On a dedicated Manor Lords sub-Reddit, one poster wrote:
“Yes, I think you can expect a PS version in the future. Why won’t it be available at the same time as Xbox? I think the most important reason is the deal with MS, the console version and its temporary exclusivity are related to the Game Pass agreement IMO, the second thing is that Sony does not like Early Access on its platform, although there are exceptions. The case of the Manor Lords is similar to that of Vallheim.”

Manor Lords’ 14th century art and architecture inspirations mean that historical accuracy is a strong selling point of the game. Managing resources and production chains will let you develop your village into a bustling town.
