Yes, you can play Assassin’s Creed Mirage on the PS4. In addition to Sony’s previous gen-gaming console, you can also access the game on the PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PC, and, surprisingly, iOS devices once the iPhone 15 Pro comes out in 2024.

Since Ubisoft’s latest stealth installment is available on older gaming systems, you won’t have to upgrade to more modern platforms for now. It is worth noting, though, that the visuals and environmental design you’ll encounter when playing on either the PS4 or the Xbox One will not be as sophisticated or aesthetically pleasing as those seen on the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.

Nevertheless, this should still please gamers yet to move to modern consoles, as most AAA games nowadays are often made exclusively for current-gen systems. However, much like many recent series installments, the Nintendo Switch has again been left out of the list of compatible systems. So, if your preferred platform is the beloved handheld console, then you must settle for the previously mentioned systems if you want to experience Basim’s story.
