Special Plastics are a resource item used extensively in numerous types of higher-tiered crafting recipes in Once Human, notably those for weapons and armor. Players can find the material by disassembling items from the end game zones like Red Sands. You’re going to need to do a lot of this if you intend on getting the best tier weapons and gear, alongside crafting end game vehicle parts. Here’s how to get Special Plastics in Once Human.
Where to find Special Plastics in Once Human
To get Special Plastics, you’ll need to disassemble the following items:
- Enhanced Welding Mask x4
- Multip Purpose Monocular x2
- Dual Purpose Boniculars x2
- Custom Tool Set x2
- Grease Gun x2
- Versatile Screwdriver Set x2
To get these items, you want to loot the larger points of interests and settlements around the Red Sands desert. You’ll often find they dissemble from the same items as Automatic Parts.
Location | Description |
---|---|
Blackfell Fallen Zone | Lots of houses, enemies, and really big supermarkets filled with loot. |
Evergreen | Evergreen is a small town, but there are a few houses to the east of it full of storage crates and loot. |
Blackfell Oil Fields | Fairly flat area with Rosetta enemies that contains plenty of loot. |
72 Point | The area is hard to navigate since it is vertical, but you’ll find lots of military gear and other parts suitable for dissembling. |
You’ll want to focus on farming the Blackfell Fallen Zone. This area is large and filled with numerous houses to loot. There’s also a large supermarket near the fuel station that offers ample loot. While most houses can be looted, only a few on the residential streets are accessible, so watch for openings. The loot respawns after a few hours, allowing you to return and gather more.
If you still need to farm more items, try Evergreen. The area is small, but still offers plenty of loot to disassemble. It’s very close to Blackfell, too. It has a few houses to the right side of the cul de sac worth looting in particular. Be careful of the elite enemies and the Psy damage you can take to your sanity as it’s quite a polluted area.
If you still need more, the Rosetta sites at the Oil and 72 Point are alternatives worth exploring. The enemies around these areas are tougher but there’s substantial loot to pick up so it’s worth the trouble.
