Diablo 4 Season 5’s new end game content include a brand new reputational progression currency known as Mother’s Gifts, which is tied into the wave-based Infernal Hordes event but also the seasonal questline and rewards system. Put simply, it’s the currency that rewards Reputation Rank with Istel, Mother’s Triune in Zarbinzet, and by extension access to caches, Uniques, materials, Resplendent Sparks, and more. It’s Season 4’s twist on Season 5’s Wolf’s Honor Reputation. Here’s a quick primer on how to get Mother’s Gifts in Diablo 4.
Farming Mother’s Gifts in Diablo 4
To get Mothers Gifts, you’ll need to defeat Servants of Hell enemies, namely, elites, champions, bosses, and hellborn in the following events and activities across Sanctuary:
- Capstone Dungeons
- Hellbreach Dungeons
- Helltides
- Infernal Hordes
- Nightmare Dungeons
- Strongholds
- World Boss Events
Note that you’ll first need to complete the Of Lambs and Wolves seasonal quest and then The Eyes of the Enemy questline to unlock Infernal Hordes and Mother’s Gifts Reputation. If you’re just starting out the grind for Mother’s Gifts, we recommend running the Earthern Wound dungeon in Hawezar, which is full of Anima collectors, which count as a field bosses and, therefore, earn you the Reputation currency.
