Act 1 introduces players to the Hellfire Gala through exploration objectives, while Act 2 picks up with X-Coin collection and opening gift packs. Act 3, the Gala Star Vote, allows players to vote for their favorite hero’s costume while completing five final objectives to obtain the Wolverine skin.
Despite a one-week extension, the event has received both praise for its incentives and criticism for its ambiguous structure. However, having completed Act 2’s criteria, many users are still unable to unlock Act 3. The event’s progress screen incorrectly displays “4/4 Gifts Claimed” for Act 2, leading players to feel they have completed all objectives. Here’s how you can fix this issue and access Act 3 easily.
How to fix Hellfire Gala Moments Act 3 not working issues in Marvel Rivals
Marvel Rivals players are unable to access the Act 3: Gala Star Vote in the Hellfire Gala Moments event despite claiming 4 gifts in Act 2. But once you read the subtext carefully under the Act 3 title, you’ll notice other criteria that say, “Complete all Act 2 Missions to unlock.”

This means that even if you have claimed all the Trading Company gifts in the Act 2 menu, you’ll still need to grind through all the Act 2 Event Missions and complete them before you can actually access Act 3.
Once you complete those missions, you’ll need to wait 24 hours until you can start completing Act 3 missions and claim the final reward of the event. However, if you do get stuck and still cannot access Act 3 despite the completion, contact NetEase support or even reinstall your game to refresh your cache and properly load your files.
