How long is Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name

According to Masayoshi Yokoyama from RGG Studios in an interview, Like a Dragon Gaiden will take players 10-20 hours to complete. He also mentioned that it’s half as long as a mainstream Yakuza title. The developer noted that it will be longer than Lost Judgment’s Kaito Files DLC (6.5 hours long on HowLongToBeat).

Expect a completionist run to take longer. This will include side quests and other activities. The new game offers older experiences like karaoke, pocket racing, cabaret, and other options. The arena has been given a massive overhaul with the return of some legendary Yakuza characters.

That covers how long Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name is. Check if Like a Dragon Gaiden is on Xbox One and PS4 if you have a last-gen console. And keep an eye out for Like a Dragon Gaiden Early Access. The game releases on November 9, 2023.

While it’s technically a spinoff, the game retains its franchise’s brawler DNA and amps up the ante. New agent powers let Kiryu traverse arenas with ease as he knocks enemies down with drones and rope-based powers. Expect them to come in handy against the new antagonists and their henchmen. It remains to be seen who the primary antagonist will be. The Daidoji faction plays a big role in the game. I suppose there’s only one way of uncovering the game’s plot.
