How to cancel a Fortnite Crew subscription in a few easy steps

To cancel your Fortnite Crew subscription, you’ll need to cancel auto-renewal of the payment for the service through your account settings. This can work a little differently depending on what device you’re on, so we’ve broken it down step-by-step for each platform below.

How to cancel on PC

To cancel your Fortnite Crew subscription on PC:

  1. Go to the Epic Games homepage.
  2. Sign into your account.
  3. Select the Subscriptions tab on the left.
  4. Select the cog icon to the top right of your subscription.
  5. Select ‘Cancel Subscription’
  6. Follow the prompts on-screen to complete the cancellation

How to cancel on Nintendo Switch

To cancel your Fortnite Crew subscription on Nintendo Switch:

  1. Click the home button on your Switch.
  2. Open the Eshop.
  3. Select your account icon at the top right of the screen.
  4. Select your subscriptions.
  5. Locate your Fortnite Crew subscription from here, and select ‘Turn off Automatic Renewal’.
  6. Follow the remaining prompts on-screen to confirm the cancellation.

How to cancel on PlayStation

To cancel your Fortnite Crew subscription on a PS4 or PS5:

  1. Go to Settings from your home screen
  2. Go to ‘Users and Accounts’ on PS5, ‘Accounts Management’ on PS4.
  3. Click on the ‘Payment and Subscriptions’ button on PS5, or ‘Account information’ on PS4.
  4. Go to ‘Game App Services’ on PS5, or ‘Services List’ on PS4.
  5. Navigate to Fortnite from the list of games.
  6. Find ‘Fortnite Crew’ and turn off the auto-renewal option. On PS5, it’ll display the date that Crew expires.

How to cancel on Xbox

To cancel your Fortnite Crew subscription on Xbox One or Xbox Series X/S:

  1. Navigate to the Settings menu.
  2. Click on the Account tab.
  3. Under Account, navigate to ‘Subscriptions’.
  4. If you have it activated, you’ll be asked for your passkey before being taken to the Subscriptions menu.
