The new Fortnite season introduces a variety of cosmetic items inspired by Star Wars. Fans can enjoy skins of original characters like Evie and legendary villains such as Darth Sidious in Season 3. In addition, Epic Games has added other exciting items, including pickaxes and back blings, with some even available for free.
Anakin’s Model Jedi Interceptor Back Bling is one of the free items you can earn for a limited time. However, keep in mind that you only have three days to unlock the new cosmetic item in Fortnite. Once it’s gone, you will never be able to obtain it for free.
How to obtain free Anakin’s Model Jedi Interceptor in Fortnite
Anakin’s Model Jedi Interceptor is a free back bling you can earn through Twitch Drops. The unlocking process is easy, but you will have to have a Twitch account to add the item to your locker. To unlock it, these are the steps you need to take:
- Log in to your Twitch account or create one
- Link your Twitch and Epic Games accounts
- Go to any participating channel
- The channel must stream Fortnite and have Drops enabled
- Watch the stream for 60 minutes
- Claim the free cosmetic item on the Inventory page
Besides the back bling, you will unlock the Galactic Duel Loading Screen by watching eligible channels for 15 minutes. You need to watch streams between May 2 at 9 AM Eastern Time and May 5 at 9 AM ET to earn the free cosmetics. Furthermore, keep in mind that you need to manually claim the items after you fulfill the watchtime requirement.
Twitch Drops are not exclusive and may come to the Fortnite Shop at a later date. However, this is your only chance to unlock them for free.
