A new campaign is underway in eFootball, with eFootball 2024 Season 2 having begun. The new season brings with it a focus on club football, with new partner club packs available to boost your Dream Team squads.
Sadly, there is still no sign of eFootball Master League or any other potential new modes in the latest update from Konami. However, there is an abundance of new authentic mode teams to enjoy with a host of clubs added to the official eFootball 2024 leagues list.
Before we get into that, find out everything you need to know about eFootball 2024 Season 2.
eFootball Season 2 release date
eFootball Season 2 began on October 5, 2023. Season 2, ‘Elevate the Excitement’, will run for four weeks in the game.
The update for the game was available upon the season launch for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PC (Steam and Windows 10), Android, and iOS.

eFootball Season 2 end date
eFootball Season 2 will end on November 2, 2023. This will then lead into eFootball 2024 Season 3, which is likely to run for around four to five weeks too.
New authentic teams
In the latest update, a host of new clubs have been added to authentic mode. For starters, the Trendyol Super Lig (Turkey) teams are now playable in Authentic Match mode.
This includes the likes of Besiktas, Fenerbahce, Trabzonspor, and Galatasaray, all of which are among the highest-rated in the league. Fierce rivals Galatasaray SK and Fenerbahce share a 4.5 star rating, putting them among the eFootball 2024 best teams.
Brazilian teams Corinthians, Flamengo, Internacional, Sao Paulo, and Vasco de Gama will also have their correct names shown in the game.
There are also three new eFootball 2024 stadiums. The Estadio Cicero Pompeu de Toledo (Sau Paulo), Neo Quimica Arena (Corinthians), and Estadio Beira-Rio (Internacional) are all now in the game.
AFC Champions League live event
The AFC Champions League has also been added to the game, with a live challenge event available to players. Upon entering, you will be asked which club you wish to represent. You can change this during the event.
By competing in the event, you can earn Dream Team rewards. All matches are against AI, so it shouldn’t be too difficult to get maximum rewards.
You can earn up to 100 GP and 2 x AFC Champions League 2023/24 Chance Deals. Players will not earn XP through this event. The AFC Champions League live event will end on Thursday, October 19 at 2am BST.
Cristiano Ronaldo’s Al Nassr are among the teams from Asia and Oceania included. They share a 4.5 star rating with fellow Saudi Arabian clubs Al Hilal SFC and Al Ittihad Club. With the likes of Neymar, Sadio Mane, and Karim Benzema on show, the AFC Champions League should be a breeze.
Dream Team additions
New manager boosters are now available in Dream Team. Xavi’s Manager Booster gives a +1 increase to the “Ball Control” Player Stat of all players in the team.
Alongside this, new partner club packs will be available. Big European clubs such as FC Barcelona, FC Bayern Munchen, Arsenal FC, AC Milan, Internazionale Milano, and Manchester United FC will all have these exciting club packs coming soon in-game.
In Konami’s footballe game’s latest update, more legends of the game are set to arrive. You can add new signings of Franck Ribery, Tulio de Melo, and Xabi Alonso among many others in the most exciting eFootball update yet.
Additional changes
There are plenty more new additions to the game too. A new language option is available, with Arabic now available in eFootball 2024 mobile.
