All Death Stranding 2 weapons and how to unlock them

You’ll need Death Stranding weapons to take on the scores of bandits, brigands, and BTs out to hamper Sam’s ability to deliver cargo and complete orders. From assault rifles to handguns by way of grenades, there’s a generous variety of weaponry at your disposal, some with inventive uses of synthesized DOOMS blood to ward off Beached Thing threats.

However, to get them all you’re going to need to put in the work. Many are unlocked through story progress and raising the connection level star rating with different facilities, settlements, and preppers. How to equip weapons in Death Stranding 2

Before you can equip a weapon, make sure it is either on Sam’s back or attached to his suit. To equip a weapon, hold the right D-Pad button to bring up the Weapons/Tools radial menu. Press up to go to Main Weapons, cycle through to the weapon you want to use, then tap X to equip it. The menu will close and Sam will pull out the weapon, allowing you to use it. Once you’ve equipped a weapon, you can put it away and then pull it out again as needed by tapping the right D-Pad button.
