Looking for the Death Stranding 2 The Ghost Hunter location? As you venture deeper into Australia and reach The Chronobiologist in the foothills of the Snowy Mountains, you’ll spot a region to the north that the main story side steps. Much like you need to do for BPAS, you’ll need to find the facility there to bring the region back online.
The area is teeming with BTs and unless you’ve stumbled across Lost Cargo destined for The Ghost Hunter, there’s not much in the way of hints as to where to look. It’s worth taking the time to find it though because other than useful connection level rewards, the facility is also the starting point of Sub Order 110, which is one of the game’s best optional quests. In this guide, we’ll explain where to find The Ghost Hunter in Death Stranding 2.

Where to find The Ghost Hunter in Death Stranding 2
You’ll find The Ghost Hunter prepper shelter near the southern bank of the river immediately north of the Snowy Mountains just northeast of The Chronobiologist, southeast of The Data Scientist, southwest of the Savanna Mine, and northwest of the East Fort Knot (F4).
To reach it, travel to The Chronobiologist and make your way northeast down the mountain until you reach the shores of the river. From there, head east a short distance until you’ll spot a large rock formation and The Ghost Hunter shelter. Take a look at the image gallery above where you’ll see a few zoomed-in and zoomed-out images of the map to help you find the exact spot.
To connect The Ghost Hunter to the Chiral Network, you’ll need to complete Sub Orders 109 and 110. From there, you can take on Standard Orders destined for the facility, find Lost Cargo, and complete Sub Orders 111, 112, 113, and 114 to raise your star rating.
