Fans of From Software are used to some impressive and cool special editions from their previous games, and this sci-fi mech action adventure is no exception. Let’s break down what you’ll be able to get in each of the editions of Armored Core 6 Fires of Rubicon so you can start the preload.

What is the Armored Core 6 pre order bonus?

By pre-ordering any edition of Armored Core 6 before the August 25th launch day, you’ll receive MELANDER C3 G13 Special Customization “TENDERFOOT”. You’ll also get an Emblem (early unlock) and Exclusive AC Decal. To be clear, the pre-order will unlock these parts early, or you can unlock these later in-game without the pre-order edition. Like with most other games, the Deluxe and Collector’s Edition of the game will get you even more bonuses which we’ll break down below.

Armored Core 6 pre order bonus and editions

There will be both a Standard Edition and Deluxe Edition for Armored Core 6, with physical and digital copies available. Both are available for pre-order. The Standard Edition is on pre-order for £49.99, with the Deluxe Edition costing £58.99. Both come with a few different pre-order bonuses.

If you pre-order the Standard Edition, you’ll get:

• Melander C3 parts set as an early unlock.
• An emblem as an early unlock.
• An exclusive decal (paintjob) for your AC.
• The Melander C3 G13 Special Customisation “TENDERFOOT”.
• The full game.

Pre-order the Deluxe edition and you’ll get all of those same bonuses and content, as well as a digital copy of the artbook and soundtrack.

We also know that there’s a physical Collector’s Edition coming. That will come with everything above for the Standard and Deluxe pre-orders, as well as:

• A steelbook case.
• A physical copy of the artbook.
• Pin badges.
• Stickers.
• A 19cm tall figurine.

The Collector’s Edition is currently going for around £199.99 RRP, and is exclusively available at Game in the UK or the Bandai Namco Store in the EU, though at the time of writing it appears to be sold out on the latter.

Is the Armored Core 6 pre order bonus worth it?

Any fan of Armored Core is probably going to appreciate the MELANDER C3 G13 Special Customization “TENDERFOOT”, Emblem and the Exclusive AC Decal you get as a bonus. Pretty tempting we know. However, the Melander C3 parts and Emblem are more like early unlocks than exclusive bonuses, so bare this in mind before making your final decision! As for the other bonuses like the 19cm figurine, it does look awesome and the stickers are cool to have on your laptop as you play AC6.
