Bandai Namco Games has that announced the next chapter in its post-apocalyptic hunt-’em-up series God Eater is heading to PlayStation 4 and PC. The company previously revealed that the title was in the works, but didn’t specify any platforms at the time.
The news was confirmed during a special live stream event to celebrate the eighth anniversary of the franchise, which launched for PlayStation Portable back in 2010. The developer also treated viewers to the first footage of the game in action, which you can see below at around the 31:55 mark.
God Eater 3 has been confirmed for a western release although it’s not currently known exactly when the game will hit stores.
