DLC round-up January 28 – Xbox 360 vs PS3

The console war is fought everywhere these days, but the internet seems to be where people are most vocal. It also serves to give each console its own set of downloadable content, fuelling the war even more. Each week we’ll give you a run-down of what’s available to download on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. Wii is no longer included in our round-up.

And the winner of this week’s DLC Royal Rumble is…

Xbox 360

The win for Xbox 360 boils down the absolute bargain that is Quarrel. We’d be recommending it at 800, so at just half this price there’s real no decision to be made – buy it. If that glowing recommendation isn’t enough then you can always give the free demo a go first.

Elsewhere both platforms have puzzler, Puddle, though you’ll have to wait until next week for our verdict, and UFC 3 can be put through its paces.

Xbox 360 Call of Duty Elite subscribers can also pick up the first two Modern Warfare 3 maps, but we’re not counting these towards our DLC verdict.
