DLC round-up December 10 – Xbox 360 vs PS3

The console war is fought everywhere these days, but the internet seems to be where people are most vocal. It also serves to give each console its own set of downloadable content, fuelling the war even more. Each week we’ll give you a run-down of what’s available to download on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. Wii is no longer included in our round-up.

And the winner of this week’s DLC Royal Rumble is…

PSN

There’s little in the way of new downloadable game releases, although Splinter Cell: Conviction at only £11.24 might be cheap enough to tempt, so it’s the add-on content which takes centre stage. PSN comes out on top thanks to the early release of Battlefield 3: Back to Karkand and is a nice little victory over Xbox 360 which must wait until next week for the same content.

Resistance 3 – Brutality Pack is also worth a look, as are the two Saints Row: The Third packs on Xbox 360 and PS3.
