English band Radiohead has released iOS and Android app PolyFauna, a new experimental collaboration with Universal Everything.

Singer and songwriter Thom Yorke said that the app was “born out of The King of Limbs sessions” and uses the “imagery and the sounds from the song Bloom”.

He adds that it “comes from an interest in early computer life-experiments and the imagined creatures of our subconscious”.

In the game the screen is a window into an evolving world. Players move around to look around the world, and can follow the red dot and wear headphones.

The app is free on Android and iOS.
