Community created mods aren’t anything that unusual, but these fan driven projects are rarely given a full release.
Code Name: Over Dose is one such mod which has broken out of the community and will receive a full release thanks to Mindware Studios. The Czech-based company believes the PainKiller mod is unprecedented in scope, offering players an entirely new single-player experience – new levels, new weapons and new end level bosses.
