Ubisoft has teased a new Far Cry game that looks set to adopt a post-apocalyptic and follows on from the events of this year's Far Cry 5.

The video offers a glimpse at what appears to be Hope County's vast countryside, only for it to be rocked by a nuclear blast. After years of nuclear winter and raging storms, things appear to be getting back to normal, with flowers blooming and blue skies appearing once more.

'We felt hope. We were wrong' a voiceover declares, before we're treated to a mysterious figure producing a makeshift crossbow with firing sawblade. Nice.

The video is only a short teaser for the full reveal at tomorrow's Game Awards 2018, so we won't have to wait long to find out more details.
