Dreams of a Project Gotham 5 reveal at Microsoft’s E3 conference this evening have been dashed after Lucid’s new game turned out to be iOS title 2K Drive.
Lucid is the Liverpool-based studio formed of former Bizarre Creations staff, and rumours were rife that the team had been hard at work on a return for the much loved Xbox launch title Project Gotham Racing.
2K’s new iOS racing game looks half decent for a mobile racer, but no amount of microtransactions will turn it into PGR5.
