The Diablo 4 dev team has extended their latest Mother’s Blessing XP boost event for one day following a bugged launch that prevented players from receiving the intended 50% gold and 35% XP bonus. With the day-long extension, the event will still last for a week, from August 21 to 28, meaning you’ll have a much easier time getting different classes to level 100 and grinding out endgame activities during that time.

The Mother’s Blessing bonuses will apply to both Seasonal and Eternal characters and all World Tiers. Plus, you can stack it with the XP boost from Elixirs and the Urn of Aggression, allowing you to reach the level cap even easier. Adam Fletcher, Diablo’s global community development director, announced the news via X (formerly Twitter) after stating hours before that the dev team had been working on a hotfix.

Now, if you’re wondering when the next Mother’s Blessing event will be, you may have to wait a while. The last one was held at the beginning of June, so it may take longer for the next one to start, especially with the Diablo 4 Vessel of Hatred DLC release date kicking off in early October.

Of course, if you’re hungry for more Sanctuary news, the past few days have brought an abundance of fresh details regarding upcoming content. One of the biggest recent stories includes Blizzard’s impending introduction of an endgame PvE co-op experience that many players were initially apprehensive about. However, the dev team immediately followed it up by announcing a Party Finder feature that should make Uber boss runs, high-tier NMDs, and Infernal Horde sessions much easier.
