PS2 racer Kinetica is now available to download on PS4 for £7.99. PS Plus subscribers can grab it even cheaper for £5.99 during the first week of launch.

First released on PS2 back in 2001, Kinetica is a futuristic racer developed by God of War developer Sony Santa Monica Studio, and is similar to games like WipEout and Extreme-G. The game has never previously made its way to Europe, however, instead launching only in North America.

According to the game’s description on PlayStation Store, the PS4 port “looks stunning in HD” and includes the usual array of features, including support for Trophies and Share Play. You’ll need 750mb to install it.

Kinetica follows shortly after the arrival of PS2 shooter Max Payne, which hit PS4 last month.
