A Ferrari Challenge developer has posted on the popular AVForums under the name Alanok to both apologise to the game’s fans for online multiplayer problems and to gather vital information as they look to solve the problem. It seems players are having trouble joining online games.

“Just wanted to see what the general consensus was and it seems like its generally positive with a few niggles,” said the dev. “One of them being the online side. We are aware of the problem and it’s being fixed right now. It’s not going to be an overnight thing and it will need to be tested again so we don’t get the same situation, it will then be sent to Sony for approval. Please bear with us it is being looked into.”

After asking the forum members for info on their problematic experiences, Alanok offered some info on the game’s first batch of DLC.

“As for DLC the first pack will shortly be released, I think it’s one track and five new cars some of which are beauties,” said the developer.

The game’s online play was an area we identified where it had the edge over GT5: Prologue so it will be important for these issues to be resolved as quickly as possible.
