A new Deadpool short is currently showing in cinemas ahead of Logan, but if you haven’t had time to catch the new Wolverine film you can check out the short over on Ryan Reynolds’ YouTube.

The short features Wade who is attempting to save a man from an armed assault, but he needs to change into his Deadpool costume before he can come to the rescue.

There’s also nod to Nathan Summers, aka Cable, who is expected to feature heavily in the upcoming Deadpool sequel. Stranger Things’ David Harbour is the favourite for the role.

There’s currently no release date for the sequel, with the short noting that it’s “coming, not soon enough”.

Meanwhile Logan has opened to  $152 million worldwide, which is a great haul for the R/15 rated movie.
