According to a Tweet by Sony Computer Entertainment Russia, the BioWare game currently being teased and set to be revealed at the VGAs next month is in fact Mass Effect 3.
The Tweet, translated by Ripten stated: “The company BioWare for premium VGA showed a teaser in which we can see the first shots of Mass Effect 3.”
It’s not clear if Sony Russia knows something we don’t or if its Twitter account was taking a guess.
The news followed yet another cryptic clue from BioWare which when decoded displayed the url for the British Secret Intelligence Service/MI6.
Despite the post by SCE Russia, we’re not ready to accept we’re looking at Mass Effect 3. The Tweet was swiftly removed, but this could be as a result of having made a mistake in the post, or down to a request made by the parties involved.
We’re not expecting official confirmation until the VGAs on December 11.
