Nintendo will release the Nintendo Classic Mini: Nintendo Entertainment System in stores on November 11, the platform holder has announced.

The system is a replica of the classic NES only in mini form and with the inclusion of an HDMI port for connecting to modern displays. Also included are 30 built in games, each with suspend points so you can pick up where you left off.

The Nintendo Classic Mini: Nintendo Entertainment System comes packaged with an HDMI cable, a USB cable for powering the system. and one Nintendo Classic Mini: NES Controller. You’ll need an AC Adapter for the USB cable in order to power the system.

A second NES Controller can be purchased separately, whilst the Wii Classic Controller or Classic Controller Pro can also be used. Furthermore, the new NES Controller can be used on Wii and Wii U to play Virtual Console games.

No UK pricing has been announced, but the system will cost $59.99 in the US, with controllers selling at $9.99.
