Online game developer Zynga is set to launch GagaVille thanks to a new partnership deal with the pop star. GagaVille is described as a Lady Gaga-inspired social networking game that will take place within a neighbouring farm in the popular Farmville title.
The Gaga farm will incorporate elements of her albums and videos which will include an abundance of crystals, unicorns, and motorcycles. Players will also have access to the upcoming Born This Way album prior to its official release on May 23.
Between May 17 and May 19 users will be able to unlock one unreleased song a day and stream it through the website. Following May 20 players will then be able to unlock large portions of the album.
In conjunction with the game Zynga is planning an “On Set with Gaga” contest which will give seven winners the chance to spend a day with the lady herself during her upcoming music video shoot.
Limited edition Gaga-themed items will be made available for CityVille, FrontierVille, FarmVille, Mafia Wars, Zynga Poker, Café World, Treasure Isle, YoVille, PetVille, and Vampire Wars.
