Microsoft has announced that it’s bumping off two of its Xbox Game Pass titles later this month, with both Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain and WWE 2K16 packing their bags.
The pair will be removed from the Netflix-style service on January 31, after which you’ll lose access to them both. As such, if you’re a fan of either series then you had better get your skates on and enjoy them while you still can.
WWE 2K16 hit Xbox Game Pass during the launch month of the service in May 2017, while The Phantom Pain has only been there since November 1. However, it’s worth noting that WWE 2K17 is among the latest batch of titles joining Xbox Game Pass, so chances are you’ll be looking to upgrade anyway.
Interestingly, Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes is still available on Microsoft’s subscription program, and it’s not yet known if it will also be leaving at the end of the month alongside The Phantom Pain.
