The TRYX Panorama SE AIO will not only effectively cool the most powerful gaming setups out there, but it also brings with it one of the nicest-looking additions to any case setup that we’ve seen. We’re talking about the bright and vibrant 6.5-inch screen, based on an AMOLED panel, with a 60Hz max refresh rate, which looks better than what you’d see on some gaming handhelds. This screen is capable of displaying all kinds of different media, including custom-made 3D animations.

Now if you saw the original TRYX Panorama AIO you may disagree with our title somewhat, as that also came with the same AMOLED display, however, this time round you can rotate the screen either 90° or a full 180°, letting you change between horizontal or vertical screen setups whenever you like. The media library that you can access with the included software also brings new 3D animations that are suited to either position.

The new SE variant comes with a different pump to its predecessor, but above all is substantially cheaper – meaning this stylish component is more within the reach of the average consumer. Without further ado, let’s take a closer look!

The pump

The main thing doing the cooling in the Panorama SE is the new Asetek Adela pump, a fanless model with a motor speed ranging from 800 to 3600 RPM (±300) and a Dynamic Thermal Power Capacity of 280W to 300W.

In terms of compatibility, the pump supports various processor chipsets, including LGA1851, LGA1700, LGA1200, LGA115X, as well as AM4 and AM5. The dimensions of the water block are 125 x 94 x 92mm. Additionally, the AIO package includes α-01 high-performance thermal grease for optimal heat transfer between the CPU and the water block.

The radiator fans

All models of the Panorama SE include the same 120mm ROTA ARGB fans (also found in the non-SE variant). These fans feature polycarbonate (PC) blades and utilize Fluid Dynamic Bearings (FDB) to reduce operational noise. Their speed ranges from 500 to 1850 RPM (±10%), delivering an airflow of 66.09 CFM and a static pressure of 1.8 mmAq.

Equipped with ARGB Gen2 LEDs, the fans produce vivid RGB lighting effects that can be customized through the motherboard, which also allows for speed adjustments within the RPM range.

The specifications of the panoramic display

The bit of this cooler that will draw the biggest crowd is the panoramic display, and it’s pretty damn exquisite. At 6.5-inches it’s quite a large screen (not too much smaller than the latest gaming handhelds, which are typically between 7”-7.4”) and has a sharp 372 PPI density.

The screen curves round at a roughly 90° angle, and incorporates various bits of tech to ensure any image it displays remains undistorted as it bends around, which is harder than you think. This includes the patented ‘anamorphic vision’ design as well as ‘brightness balance’ tech which compensates for the differences in brightness that occur at different points on the curved screen.

The display is based on an AMOLED panel that offers an excellent contrast ratio providing deep, true blacks and bright whites, making details stand out with stunning clarity. To further enhance clarity, an anti-glare coating reduces reflections from other RGB light sources inside your case; the tempered glass cover also protects it from scratches. The screen has a peak brightness of 400 nits, surpassing that of most laptops, and the 60Hz refresh rate ensures very smooth video playback.

Choose how you want to set up your panoramic screen

The setup and function of the screen are managed by Kanali, a free software that allows users to customize its visuals to suit their needs.

One of its key features is the ability to divide the screen into two sections, with each side displaying separate content, split at the point of the curve’s bend. The System Information Display lets you showcase up to three data points on the full screen at a time – or six if you choose to split it – including details like the date and time, CPU, GPU, and memory temperatures, frequency, usage, and voltage. For added customization, various filter effects can be applied to enhance the presentation of this information.

Beyond system stats, the display can also be used for multimedia. Both the full and split-screen modes support user-uploaded content such as MP4 videos, JPEG images, GIFs, and other formats. Alternatively, users can choose from a preloaded content library featuring officially designed 3D visuals, which TRYX has committed to updating in the future with new additions.

Onboard processor, RAM, and storage

All the above display functionality is powered by the cooler’s own dedicated CPU (with 4 cores), plus supported by 4GB or RAM and 8GB of built-in ROM storage! This removes any of the strain from your computer’s primary system, meaning that whatever video or animation is being shown on the screen, it will not take away from the performance in whichever application you are running.

Warranty coverage

The AIO cooler itself is covered by a 6 year limited warranty (the terms of which you can read about here). The exact terms vary by region, so be sure to read up to double-check the coverage where you are. You do need to make sure that you retain valid proof of purchase and the product serial number though.

The AMOLED display section of the AIO comes with a 2 year warranty.

As discussed the Tryx Panorama SE is cheaper than the standard Tryx Panorama, by approximately $70 depending on which size you go for.

Both 240mm and 360mm options can be purchased in either black or white for around the same price.
Both Newegg and Amazon have the product listed on their online stores. You can pick up the Panorama SE 360 ARGB for around $279.99 and the Panorama SE 240 ARGB for $259.99.
