Yakuza Kiwami 2 is coming to the PC via Steam on May 9, Sega has announced. This is hardly a surprise, seeing as how Yakuza 0 and Yakuza Kiwami both came to the PC following their initial launch on PlayStation 4.

Yakuza Kiwami 2 is a remake of 2006’s Yakuza 2, and includes an obvious improvement to the game’s visuals, including 4K resolution, plus unlocked frame rates, customisable controls, and more.

Those of you who pre-order the gangster-smashing sequel will gain the Clan Creator Bundle DLC, which features SSR Clan Creator Leaders and Pack, as well as the Kiwami Machine Gun and Kiwami Demon Blade.

The Yakuza development team are currently working on a new entry in the series, although it won't feature Kazuma Kiryu, as his story ended in Yakuza 6: The Song of Life.

We've also got the US and UK release of Judgment on the horizon, which is set in the same universe as Yakuza.
