Xbox One’s Upload Studio will launch alongside the console in November but will only allow video sharing over Xbox Live, Microsoft’s senior director of product management and planning Albert Penello has told Destructoid.
It had been believed that user made videos would be shareable over YouTube and Facebook, but this won’t be patched into the console until next year.
Xbox One Upload Studio records 720p video at 30 frames per second, with the last 30 seconds of gameplay always available to quickly edit and share.
