The adapter used to make Xbox 360 gaming headsets compatible with Xbox One won’t come bundled with the console, Microsoft’s senior director of product management and planning Albert Penello has confirmed.
“Yes. We will have an adapter that allows current gaming headsets to work,” tweeted Penello, before adding: “No [it won’t be included with the console,] it’s an accessory”.
Yesterday, Penello took to Twitter to state that Microsoft is “looking into” the possibility of including a headset in the box with Xbox One.
