In a press release issued today, Konami Europe has confirmed what has been rumoured for many months; Pro Evolution Soccer 4 will be fully playable on Xbox Live. The normal Xbox Live features can be expected, plus the ability to set up mini leagues.

Today’s news also reveals that the game will be released in November, a month later than the Playstation 2 version. While this is disappointing, a month wait for the extra online features isn’t too bad.

PES4 on Live is a great addition to the Live enabled games already scheduled for this Christmas, including Halo 2 and MechAssualt 2. Look out for more news on Pro Evolution Soccer 4 and other Xbox Live titles in the coming months.
