Microsoft has announced the line-up of free games set to be made available to Xbox Live subscribers next month.
Starting October 1, Xbox 360 owners will be able to download hit multiplayer shooter Battlefield: Bad Company 2, with action-RPG Darksiders 2 taking over on October 16.
Meanwhile, Xbox One owners will receive colourful physics-based platformer Chariot, an indie title that sees players take on the role of a princess or her fiance as they push the dead king’s coffin across 25 levels.
Microsoft says that the game is “filled to the brim with emergent physics-based gameplay” and “offers hours of exciting exploration, fast-paced ride sequences and mountains upon mountains of loot”.
