According to the Microsoft E3 conference, the Xbox Gamepass (the kinda Netflix for games thing they have), you'll soon be able to start games twice as fast with Fast Start. We're not really sure how. But that's a thing you can do now (with selected titles)
Forza Horizon 4 and Crackdown 3 will also be coming to Gamepass on their release dates, as will future indie titles like Ashen.
As of today, though, you can play Elder Scrolls Onlien: Tamriel Unlimited, Tom Clancy's The Division and Fallout 4 on your Gamepass subscription, all updated for the Xbox One X.
