Internet forums have been on fire over the last 24 hours following news that Microsoft is to offer downloadable versions of original Xbox titles via the Xbox 360 Marketplace. High on the list of wants for the service are native 720p visuals and newly inserted Achievements, but it appears as though getting the games running as well as they did on Xbox will be the first concern.

According to Xbox.com five of the announced seven titles will have some kind of problem: Halo will suffer from “very mild frame drops“, Crimson Skies will crash when certain menu items are selected, texture problems will appear in Fable and Psychonauts won’t work in 720p on PAL consoles.

You’ll find a full rundown of issues over on Xbox.com. The Xbox Originals service is set to launch on December 4 when the Fall System Update is released.
