The biggest change appears to concern how the game looks. Patch 1.10 will introduce weather effects such as sand storms, blizzards and torrential downpours. The development team is also working on making adjustments and improvements to Priest’s talent trees, and a new high-level armour set is in the works.
The patch will also fix a number of bugs and there will be other additions not yet revealed. You can check out the all new weather effects in some videos over at the official World of Warcraft website.
