World of Tanks, the team-based MMO, has reached a new milestone of 40 million registered users worldwide, Wargaming has announced.
The 40 million figure is twice that of the previous milestone set early in 2012.
World of Tanks has also set a new Peak Concurrent User record in Russia with over 500,000 players simultaneously on one game server.
Wargaming expects the userbase to grow further thanks to the recent release of Update 8.0.
