Disgruntled by the 360, PS3 and PC versions of PES 2008 but want a footie fix? Eye balling the upcoming Wii version but not sure how the console’s motion controls will translate to Konami’s classic football sim? Fear not. The developer has let fly a tutorial video showing just what to expect from the Wii version of PES 2008, or Winning Eleven as it’s called in the Land of the Rising Sun, and you can check it out right here on VideoGamer.com.
We’re cautiously optimistic – it doesn’t look too bad compared with the 360 and PS3 versions (which says more about those next-gen efforts than it does about the Wii). But it does look wicked complicated, with elaborate hand movements required just to get an accurate pass off and more lines appearing on screen than our shrivelled brains can comprehend.
