We’ve already seen steering wheel, golf club, tennis racket, sword and shield attachments for the Wii-mote, and we can add a fishing rod to the list.

Hooked: Real Motion Fishing for the Wii looks like it would be fun using the Wii-mote and nunchuck in their usual form, but with the addition of the included fishing rod adapter the game could become a real favourite.

Once your Wii-mote and nunchuck is encased in its new shell players will be able to lean the rod to move the bait around the water and even rotate the nunchuck to reel in the fish.

The game has three single-player modes, plus online play with six photorealistic lakes to fish.

The game is scheduled for release on September 3 in the US, but sadly doesn’t currently have a scheduled European release date.
