Picture the scene: you really love Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, but you find yourself gleefully lost in the world of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. You’re torn, kind of like Natalie Imbruglia, but with a gangster steeze. How can you enjoy both at the very same time? Simple. You mod San Andreas’ Carl Johnson into Breath of the Wild.

The mod is essentially just a skin swap for the game’s protagonist, Link. It’s definitely not a perfect mod, and it’ll break the game should you equip any armour, but it’s par for the course when it comes to these things. Now get me Franklin, Chop and a Vapid Dominator instead of the horsies and we’re talking.

You can get the mod from Gamebanana, and there are numerous guides for getting the game to work on your PC. Sadly it’s not possible on the Switch itself.
