EA has announced that gamers can vote on the player who will appear on the front cover of Tiger Woods PGA Tour 13, alongside Tiger himself. North American and European gamers will each get their own cover, with a vote determining which of eight star players join Tiger.
The vote will take place on Facebook, with the winning players announced on October 24.
On the American side of the bracket, the candidates include:
- Ben Crane
- Rickie Fowler
- Jim Furyk
- Dustin Johnson
- Zach Johnson
- Hunter Mahan
- Rocco Mediate
- Bubba Watson
On the European side of the bracket, the candidates include:
- Paul Casey
- Luke Donald
- Ross Fisher
- Graeme McDowell
- Rory McIlroy
- Edoardo Molinari
- Ian Poulter
- Justin Rose
The golfers were chosen and seeded based on world ranking, FedExCup ranking and Fandom rankings (using Twitter, Facebook and official website).
Tiger Woods PGA Tour 13 will be released in March 2012 and will be the first game in the series to support Kinect for Xbox 360.
