With Visceral Games’ Dante’s Inferno in stores this week, the studio can now turn its attention to the highly anticipated horror sequel Dead Space 2 says Dante’s Inferno executive producer Jonathan Knight.
“That’s [Dead Space 2] next up for us. There’s a different executive producer on it. It’s moving into full production and the company is excited about it,” said Knight. “I’ve seen it internally, and it’s looking incredible. They have some great ideas – it’s still a space horror piece, but they’ve expanded upon the first game nicely.”
Dead Space 2 was announced for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC back in December 2009. There’s currently no confirmed release date.
