In Viewtiful Joe: Red Hot Rumble, production of the latest Captain Blue movie is about to begin, but there is no lead character. Joe and his friends battle it out with their VFX powers to determine who will be the star of the movie. The game features an all-star cast of playable characters: Silvia, Alastor, Sprocket, an ice princess, and Captain Blue Junior.
Play through the story mode in a single-player adventure, facing off against AI characters, or battle wirelessly using the PSP’s ad hoc mode with up to three other players. The game also features game sharing allowing others to play selective stages and characters using only one UMD.
Other features of this PSP version include the unlockable character Dante (Devil May Cry) who has his own unique moves and storyline, and a single-player Trial Mode which offers up some quick action in an assortment of mini-games. The game is currently scheduled for a March 2006 release in North America, but there is currently no official release date set for Europe.
