Check out the trailer for the new Adam Sandler disaster movie Pixels, in which aliens misinterpret video feeds of classic arcade games as a declaration of war.

The aliens then attack Earth in the form of video games.

Adam Sandler, Kevin James, Michelle Monaghan, Peter Dinklage, Josh Gad, Ashley Benson and Brian Cox star.

Pixels opens in the UK on August 12.
