Victor Vran: Overkill Edition, the claret-spraying demon slayer from Haemimont Games, is coming to the Switch this summer. This isn’t the first time the action-RPG has gotten a port, with Overkill Edition laying waste to demonic hordes on PS4 and Xbox One last summer (Alice thought it was pretty decent, too).

The Switch release is billed as the ‘definitive edition’ of Victor Vran, offering the base game plus the Motorhead: Through the Ages and Fractured World expansions, and will retail for £34.99.

‘Victor Vran: Overkill Edition will be the first game of its kind to arrive on the Nintendo Switch,’ commented Wired Productions’ Managing Director, Leo Zullo. ‘A masterpiece both technically and in its gameplay, Haemimont Games’ classic RPG will be a must have addition for Switch owners around the world.’

Set from an isometric perspective, Victor Vran lumps players in the boots of the eponymous demon slayer as you mow down hordes of slobbering monstrosities, forging your own unique protagonist by equipping the game’s diverse range of weapons, spells, and outfits.

Even legendary British rock ‘n rollers Motorhead got in on the action, with Lemmy and chums offering their input on the Through the Worlds expansion with numerous nods to their career as well as forming the basis for the god-like Snaggletooth.
